Corporate

Our range of services includes all notarial activities, starting with the formation of the company and continuing throughout its entire life cycle. We advise on the selection of the appropriate legal form, draft and notarise the necessary declarations and articles of association and arrange the required registrations in the commercial register. We also consider the consequences under family law and inheritance law and advise in connection with company succession processes.

We also support the further evolution of companies, for example with the appointment of managing directors or authorised signatories, capital increases or other amendments to the articles of association, restructurings and transformations (such as mergers, demergers, spin-offs, changes of legal form). For all this, we are also happy to collaborate with external lawyers and tax advisors.

In many cases, notarial online procedures are available for corporate law matters. Please contact us, if you are interested.
