Ulrike Grübler is a solicitor (“Rechtsanwältin) and notary (“Notarin”).
As a solicitor, she focuses on Intellectual Property (IP) with an emphasis on Trademark Law, Design Law and Copyright Law was well as Unfair Competition Law. She has particular experience in representing clients in IP disputes (IP litigation), developing and enforcing national and international trademark strategies, and managing trademark and design portfolios (Brand Portfolio Management).
Ulrike Grübler advises rights holders throughout the entire life cycle of their IP rights. This includes strategic advice as well as availability searches and registration, opposition and other office proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the Federal Patent Court (BPatG). Another focus of her work is the licensing of IP rights and product and brand piracy. Ulrike Grübler is a specialist lawyer for Intellectual Property Law (“Fachanwältin für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz”) and has been listed as a recommended lawyer for Intellectual Property by Best Lawyers Germany®/Handelsblatt since 2020.
As a notary, Ulrike Grübler offers the full range of notarial services. These include Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law including corporate succession, Family Law and Corporate Law (i.e. company formations and corporate housekeeping).
