We draft and notarise contracts for the purchase or sale of real estate. In fact, we accompany the property purchase from the initial consultation through the entire sales process up to the entry of the new owner in the land register (“Grundbuch”). We advise regarding existing regulations in connection with real estate, clarify the legal consequences and ensure that the contract is drafted in a balanced and transparent manner. This also includes accompanying provisions such as securing the financing of the property, e.g. through a land charge. Further to this, we bear in mind relevant family law and inheritance law issues and discuss any useful supplementary agreements. Our services include the swift processing of notarised contracts, registrations and the handling of the necessary correspondence with authorities, banks and courts.

We are also happy to assist with property-related projects outside of purchase agreements – for example, with the creation of easements, usufruct or residential rights, applications for cancellation orcorrections to the land register including the collaboration with external lawyers or tax advisors.
