Marriage, Partnership & Family

Whether non-married couples, marriage or registered civil partnership – regardless of the form of partnership, the rights of the partners referring to succession, assets, children or consequences in the event of separation can be very different.

We clarify the legal consequences of issues relating to marriage and partnership and, if necessary, develop modified agreements, e.g. in the form of a marriage contract. In all of this, we include aspects of inheritance law, company law and pension law in our considerations. We also provide notarial support in case of a separation and draft and notarise separation agreements and divorce settlement agreements. Finally, we provide advice on all aspects of adoption, as notarised declarations precede the pronouncement of adoption by the family court.

  • Separation Agreements (“Trennungsvereinbarungen”)/Divorce Settlement Agreements (“Scheidungsfolgenvereinbarung“)
