We represent national and international clients in Germany, Europe and worldwide. In countries, in which we cannot provide legal advice ourselves , we rely on the experience of law firms we have trusted cooperations with and coordinate the legal advice. ERLBURG advises on legal issues of the operational business and accompanies proceedings before courts and trademark offices. In addition, we develop strategies for the establishment and the defence of IP assets and enforce those strategies together with our clients.

As members of IP associations like INTA, MARQUES and GRUR and authors of specialist legal articles we follow and participate in the development of Intellectual Property Law seeking to foster interests of brand owners.
