ERLBURG is an independent law firm that focuses on Intellectual Property Law.  We combine a high standard of quality and longtime experience in leading international law firms with the flexibility and effenciency of a boutique law firm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We represent national and international clients in Germany, Europe\nand worldwide. In countries, in which we cannot provide legal advice ourselves\n, we rely on the experience of law firms we have trusted cooperations with and\ncoordinate the legal advice. ERLBURG advises on legal issues of the operational\nbusiness and accompanies proceedings before courts and trademark offices. In\naddition, we develop strategies for the establishment and the defence of IP\nassets and enforce those strategies together with our clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As members of IP associations\nlike INTA, MARQUES and GRUR and authors of specialist legal articles we follow\nand participate in the development of Intellectual Property Law seeking to\nfoster interests of brand owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
