We are specialists for Trademark Law, Design Law, Unfair Competition Law and Copyright Law, and have a Media Law expertise. Besides litigation in all of these areas we focus on Brand Portfolio Management and secure as well as protect national and international IP rights, in particular trademarks and designs. We also advise on Copyrights including licensing and in relation to Anti-Piracy.
